Cubeia is growing rapidly and looking to strengthen our team with an Agile Lead. We develop a technically advanced platform for the iGaming industry and are now one of the market leaders. About the Role
As Agile Lead, you’ll be central in shaping how teams work and deliver. Your mission is to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can thrive. You’ll work closely with developers, UX designers, and product owners to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and strengthen agile practices throughout the organization.
You’ll join during an exciting phase of growth as the development team prepares to split into two focused units—creating even more opportunities for clarity, structure, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and support teams in agile principles and continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and team rituals
- Identify and address process bottlenecks and collaboration challenges
- Help scale and evolve agile practices as the company grows
- Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and value delivery
To support teamwork, the team works from the office three days a week—focusing the remaining time on deep, uninterrupted development work
What You Bring
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on coaching approach
- Experience guiding teams through growth and change
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Fluent in Swedish and English
