About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst with experience in the iGaming industry who wants to take the next step toward data science and machine learning. This is a key role in our journey to become a more data-driven company – both internally and in how we support our customers.
You’ll be part of building a best-in-class data and analytics function from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone working with BI in iGaming today but who wants a bigger challenge and the chance to grow into advanced analytics and AI.
Work setup: 3 days per week in-office for team collaboration and problem-solving, 2 days remote for deep, focused work.
Your Mission
- There are three core areas we want you to own and develop:
- Customer-facing BI portfolio
Build a best-in-class reporting suite that delivers clear, valuable insights for every customer. - Proactive data partnerships
Collaborate directly with customers using data to guide them toward better decisions and smarter actions. - Internal data strategy
Help us become more data-driven in how we build and improve our platform – from roadmap to feature design.
Tools & Technologies We Use
- MySQL, AWS Redshift, AWS DMS
- Metabase, Amplitude
- Python (select analytics and automation tasks)
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL (especially MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase, Amplitude or similar)
- Comfortable communicating insights and business impact, both internally and with clients
- Curiosity about data science, machine learning, and evolving into a more technical analytics role
- Bonus: experience with Python or any ML-related projects
